Your reward is based on your completed Wonderbewbz order history. We verify your qualifying order count after your order is placed and apply the reward you have earned.

This is our way of continuing to care for the milk you worked so hard to provide, through every season in which you need us.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about how your Wonderbewbz loyalty rewards work.
Do I need to sign up or use a code?
No. There is no separate membership registration and no loyalty code. We verify the qualifying order count shown in your Wonderbewbz customer profile after you place your order.
Do my previous orders count?
Yes. Qualifying orders completed before the introduction of this programme are included in your order count.
Does the order I have just placed count?
Yes. Your latest order is included. If your customer profile shows four qualifying orders after your purchase, that purchase is treated as your fourth order and receives 1L of complimentary processing.
Does every package size qualify?
All standard paid breast milk freeze-drying package sizes qualify, with no minimum package size.
What if I return with milk for another baby?
Your order count continues across your breastfeeding journeys. Use the same email address or mobile number where possible so we can identify your existing customer profile.
What if I use a different email address or mobile number?
Your loyalty history is tracked using the email address used for your Wonderbewbz orders.
To ensure your previous orders continue to count, please use the same email address each time you place an order.
Orders placed using a different email address will be treated as a separate customer history, and the loyalty order count under that email address will start from the first qualifying order.
What if I do not use the full complimentary volume?
We will process the milk submitted, up to your applicable complimentary allowance. Any unused complimentary volume cannot be saved, transferred or carried forward.
What if I submit more than my total allowance?
Any volume above your purchased package plus your complimentary allowance will be charged at the prevailing excess-volume rate.
For example, if you purchase 3L and qualify for 1L of complimentary processing, your total allowance is 4L. If you submit 4.5L, the additional 500ml will be chargeable.
Can I exchange or transfer the reward?
No. Complimentary processing has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund, store credit, discount, product or future allowance. It cannot be transferred, sold or gifted.
Can I combine the reward with another promotion?
The reward cannot be combined with another promotion, loyalty, referral or complimentary-processing benefit unless Wonderbewbz expressly states otherwise.
NEW15 applies only to an eligible customer's first order, while complimentary loyalty processing begins from the second order. The two benefits therefore do not apply to the same order.
What happens to my existing Flexi-Stash balance?
Flexi-Stash is no longer available for new purchases, but any existing valid balance can still be used according to its original terms and validity period.
Because Flexi-Stash already includes bonus credits, an order paid partly or fully using Flexi-Stash credits will not receive an additional complimentary loyalty-processing reward on that same order.
However, the order may still count towards your qualifying Wonderbewbz order history, so your loyalty progress continues.

Programme Terms
Eligibility & Qualifying Orders
Wonderbewbz loyalty rewards apply to eligible paid breast milk freeze-drying orders. Delivery or logistics fees, retail-only purchases, cancelled or fully refunded orders, complimentary orders, service-recovery orders and administrative transactions do not count as separate qualifying orders.
How Orders Are Counted
Your loyalty history is tracked using the email address used when placing your order. Please use the same email address each time. Orders placed using a different email address will be treated as a separate customer history. Qualifying historical orders associated with that email address may count, and your order count does not reset when you return with milk for another baby.
Loyalty Rewards
Your second qualifying order receives up to 500ml of complimentary processing, your third qualifying order receives up to 500ml, and your fourth and each subsequent qualifying order receives up to 1L. The complimentary allowance must be used together with the order through which it is earned and cannot be carried forward, exchanged for cash or credit, transferred, sold or gifted.
Flexi-Stash & Other Benefits
Existing valid Flexi-Stash balances may continue to be used according to their original terms. An order paid partly or fully using Flexi-Stash credits may still count towards your qualifying order history, but will not receive an additional loyalty-processing reward on that same order. Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with another complimentary-processing, referral or similar benefit unless Wonderbewbz expressly states otherwise.
Errors & Adjustments
Wonderbewbz may review and correct order counts or rewards applied incorrectly due to cancellations, refunds, duplicated records, administrative errors, misuse or other discrepancies in our records.
Programme Availability
The Wonderbewbz Loyalty Programme and its benefits are available while the programme remains active. Wonderbewbz may update, suspend or discontinue the programme or its rewards where reasonably necessary. Changes will apply from the effective date communicated by Wonderbewbz and will not affect services already confirmed under a paid order unless required for legal, safety or operational reasons.
By participating in the programme, you agree to these terms together with Wonderbewbz's prevailing service, payment, logistics, milk-handling, cancellation and refund terms.
